For sustainable management, TS Lines adheres to the corporate responsibility of environment, governance and society, formulates sustainable development, transparent strategies and management policies, and establishes a sound management system to achieve sustainable development.

In response to relevant major issues, TS Lines designates the dedicated team to formulate and carry out short-, medium- and long-term goals. We review the progress from the three perspectives of corporate governance, environmental protection and social co-prosperity every year to promote the sustainable management gradually.

About energy saving and carbon reduction in order to realize the concept of environmental sustainability and achieve the commitment of energy saving and carbon reduction, TS Lines follows international standards, and formulates achievable long-term plans to promote the energy saving and carbon reduction. We adopt a sound environmental management system, properly deal with the waste and sewage discharge. In terms of energy saving and carbon reduction, the current stage is to follow the steps of IMO, from conservative moral requirements to practical limits, and then set up more detailed plans to achieve net zero carbon emissions in the future.

Since 2017, all TS Lines' new shipbuilding has met the requirements of the IMO Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI), and has also met the requirements of the 2023 IMO EEXI for existing ships. 'second hand ships' with

'existing ships' successively adjusted the maximum output (EPL - engine power limitation) of main engine, and obtained the class certification to meet the requirements of the 2023 IMO energy efficiency existing index (EEXI). In 2023, IMO CII rating is in effect. IS Lines will implement energy-saving improvement plans to make the ship performance rating comply with CII standard.
